A home equity loan is a second mortgage on your property made in addition to your first mortgage.
The loan allows you to borrow against the equity you have established in your property for many
uses including remodeling, higher education, and landscaping.
This program provides a lower payment option than our 15-year or 7-year home equity loans, while
maintaining the benefits of a fixed rate. Payments are fully amortized over 30 years, with a balloon
payment due after 20 years that can be paid in full or refinanced.
