Share Savings
SchoolsFirst FCU's Share Savings account is the basic Member savings account, requiring only a single $5 deposit to open the account. This account establishes your one share, one vote in your credit union. Every Member has a Share Savings account, which is good for a lifetime.
This account features unlimited deposits and withdrawals and is similar to a bank or savings and loan passbook account. The significant difference is that Members earn a rate higher than that offered on most passbook accounts at other financial institutions. Once Members establish a Share Savings account and pay their one-time, non-refundable $15 family Membership fee, they are eligible for SchoolsFirst FCU products and services.
