Board of Directors

Mr. Plumley began his credit union volunteer service at Service Plus Credit Union in Riverside. There, he served on the Education Committee, the Supervisory Committee and the Board of Directors. Service Plus Credit Union merged with SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union in 2010 where Mr. Plumley began his service on the Inland Empire Advisory Council and, in 2012, joined the Board of Directors. He holds a Certified Credit Union Board Member (CCUB) designation from America's Credit Unions, a trade association for state and federally chartered credit unions. Mr. Plumley served the educational community since 1982, and in 2020, he retired from the University of California as an associate vice chancellor.
