Board of Directors

Mr. Padget has been a volunteer at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union since 2006. He served on the President’s Forum, Finance and Risk Committees, SchoolsFirst Insurance Services, LLC Board of Managers and joined the Board of Directors in 2019. Mr. Padget holds a Certified Credit Union Board Member (CCUB) designation from America's Credit Unions, a trade association for state and federally chartered credit unions and a Certified Credit Union Director (CCD) designation from the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES). He also holds a Cyber Risk & Strategy certification from the Diligent Institute. Mr. Padget retired in 2023, following more than 33 years of service in the K-12 setting. He earned his Master of Science in educational leadership, a Bachelor of Arts in urban planning and has both California teaching and administrative credentials. Additionally, he has completed the Masters in Governance program through the California School Boards Association (CSBA).
